Steve started Bricktown Builders, LLC in 2007 with a goal of building affordable custom homes with the right blend of amenities and custom styling. Steve wanted to help homeowners build a house that they did not have to worry about everything being extra. Jan has an eye for color and selections and believes that curb appeal is essential in marketing a home.

In 2016, we changed the name of our company to Bricktown Custom Homes, LLC. The name was changed to reflect our custom philosophy.

About The Gandy's

Steve and Jan Gandy were married in 1979 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. They both graduated from Oklahoma State University and are proud OSU Cowboy alumnae…Go Pokes!

After early careers in Ponca City with Conoco and Farm Fresh Inc., the Gandys moved to Houston in 1991. Steve started his home construction career in ’91 with Perry Homes, a local production builder, and gained valuable construction knowledge and experience until 2007 when he chose to go out on his own and established Bricktown Builders. After a long career with Conoco/ConocoPhillips, Jan started to work for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners as an HR Manager in 2008.

The Gandys have two children Jacob and Kelle. Jacob is a senior Construction Manager with LGI Homes, Inc. He and his wife Shayla have two children, making Jan and Steve the proud grandparents of Zory and Cooper.

Kelle recently graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication. She is employed with Worldwide Oilfield Machine.
